An on-site consultation from one to three hours with a follow up written concept proposal ranges from $150 to $450 depending on the complexity and size of the project. This cost be absorbed into the larger project if the proposal is accepted and becomes and ongoing project.

A detailed garden design will cost between $600 to $3000 depending on the complexity and size of the project.

Note that for many projects the initial consultation and concept proposal is enough to get the garden started and detail designs can be done for specific areas within the larger garden if required.

You will be provided with a quote for the cost of materials for a project such as plants, tree guards, soil, mulch, timber and stone.

There will be an estimate of labour hours at $32 per hour for garden hands and $64 for and experienced and accredited gardener. 

Services include selection and provision of the 'right plant for the right place'; planting; weed management; soil testing; supply and spread of soil, mulch and gravel; pruning or removal plants, shrubs and small trees under 3.5m; removal of green waste; set up of composting or worm farms; basic drainage or irrigation works; renovation or supply of garden furniture; fire pits and small water features.

An initial online site analysis, followed by a visit of two to four hours will be conducted to create a map and text-based concept proposal and framework plan for the property. This is usually $500 for a bush block but may be more for a larger or more complex property. This may suffice for beginning works.

A more detail land management plan that will accurately map environmental, cultural and economic values and specific actions to enhance those values will range from $1000 to $5000 depending on the complexity of the project and the need for external technical expertise. 

If you have worked with us to develop a land management plan or have a clear idea of what you want to do, we can provide land management services.  This includes:

• Tree planting or EVC restoration planting.

• Weed control including blackberry spraying and management.,

• Small tree and shrub removal.

• Monitoring and recording of plant and animal species.

Hourly rates are $40 per hour for labour ​to $80 per hour for experienced or accredited technical work. Quotes for materials and labour for a particular project will be provided.
